San Diego Reunion, 2003

We had a great reunion in San Diego in 2003, featuring a trip to the Marine Corps Recruit Depot for a Graduation Ceremony. 

A great time was had by all, but the reunion ended on a sad note with the passing of a great lady, Dell Freeling.

Eunadell 'Dell', age 84 yrs., Omaha. Survived by husband, John 'Jack'; daughters, Rita (Don) Weiss, Mary Ann Freeling, Susan Muchmore, Joan (Terry) Nies, Cecelia (Mark) Wildrick, Lorri (David) Salyards, Jacqueline (Larry) Anderson, Kyla (Wayne) Robbins; sons, Richard (Nancy) Freeling, Philip (Anna) Freeling, Lonny (Terri) Todd; 28 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; brother, Eugene 'Ole' Hinz; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Longtime member of King of Kings Lutheran Church. Member of Military Order of the Purple Heart Ladies' Auxiliary and Honorary Member of the U.S. Marine Raider Association.
